Hollyoaks spoilers follow.
Hollyoaks has confirmed the full details of its return to screens with brand new episodes.
The soap will make its big comeback on Monday, September 7 at 6.30pm on Channel 4. Unusually, Channel 4 has the premiere airing, as there will not be an earlier E4 first-look screening of the return episode.
The next episode then airs at 7pm on E4, meaning fans have the chance to enjoy two brand new editions in the same evening.
Hollyoaks will be picking up the action with Mitchell Deveraux and Scott Drinkwell's dramatic wedding day, which was filmed in March before the UK lockdown.

A trailer released earlier in the summer hinted that Mitchell and Scott's big day won't be smooth sailing.
On the morning of the ceremony, Joel Dexter urges Mitchell's grandfather Walter to see past his beliefs for one day by attending the happy event. Walter, who was previously determined to sabotage the big day, has to decide whether to give his blessing.
Mitchell's brother Toby is also annoyed that his sibling always seems to get what he wants. Refusing to keep his feelings to himself, Toby taunts Mitchell and sparks an argument.
The trailer also shows Celeste gasping in horror after a dramatic event at the ceremony. Could Toby be responsible?

Hollyoaks will initially be back on screen with four new episodes per week, before returning to a five-nights schedule in 2021.
In the meantime, classic repeats are airing with the final Hollyoaks@25 episodes this week.
From next Monday (August 31), a special recap week will then help fans to catch up with the five most recent episodes, which originally aired over a three-week period in July.
