Poor Tony Hutchinson isn't having the best of times on Hollyoaks at the moment, and a further twist in his captivity story has left fans very frustrated.
Before last night's (October 30) episode, Tony finally looked set to be let free by Breda McQueen, but the latest village stunt threw a big spanner in the works.
Tony was left trapped in the boot of the car after Breda crashed it into a crane, and while he tried to signal to passers-by, everyone was distracted by the horrific events around them.
Breda later discharged herself from the hospital and decided to take Tony back to the pig farm – much to the annoyance of viewers.
"I can't take this Tony thing no more," one fan wrote, while another added: "If tony doesn't make it out of that barn by 7:30 on Friday I'm officially blocking Hollyoaks."
"Hollyoaks stop toying with my feelings," a third said. "Tony has suffered enough, he was so close to freedom. Come on, let him go."
