Hollyoaks has released a worrying new spoiler clip, hinting that Mercedes McQueen could become Breda's next victim.
Mercedes (Jennifer Metcalfe) has once again found herself in Breda's sinister sights after slipping up over her affair with Liam Donovan.
Last night's E4 episode saw Mercedes get on the phone to Liam and remind him of the need for secrecy over their fling, unaware that Breda was listening in.
Tonight's visit to the village (August 15) will now see Breda plot her next move – and Mercedes really needs to watch her back.

Breda starts off by visiting Joel Dexter (Rory Douglas-Speed) in the confession box at church, telling him that someone in her family has sinned.

This leaves Joel feeling very nervous, fearing that Breda has somehow found out about his forbidden relationship with Goldie.
Joel advises Breda to make her problem go away – at least for her wedding day today – but this only fuels her desire to strike again.
Soon afterwards, Breda finds an excuse to take Mercedes off in the car. Will she confront her over the affair and attempt to claim her next victim?

Speaking in July about Breda discovering the truth about Mercedes, Moya Brady – who plays the villain – laughed: "She's going to kill her! Her first thoughts are murderous for sure.
"She'd go in for the kill because she wants to protect Sylver. Why tell him and hurt him? She knows and that's enough. She just needs to take Mercedes out of the picture. Sylver will be upset for a bit and then he'll meet someone else. There is no reason to upset him even more."

Hollyoaks airs these scenes tonight (August 15) at 7pm on E4 and tomorrow (August 16) at 6.30pm on Channel 4.
