Hollyoaks' Sinead Shelby will desperately reach out for help in the aftermath of being sexually assaulted by her evil husband Laurie.
Sinead (Stephanie Davis) has grown increasingly desperate since Laurie's (Kyle Pryor) abuse escalated into rape last week, with the death of cousin Lily (Lauren McQueen) also weighing heavily on her.
Next week, Sinead will resort to bribing Hannah (Maddison Allen) into sleeping in bed with her so she won't have to be alone with her sadistic husband for the time being.
Laurie eventually suspects not everything is adding up, so Sinead tries pacifying him by making up a lie that Hannah had been wetting her bed.
However, he eventually catches his wife trying to bribe Hannah and furiously sends her a threatening text letting her know he's caught onto her.
A panicked Sinead heads over to The Dog to drown her sorrows with a glass of wine, and ends up running into Cleo McQueen (Nadine Mulkerrin).

The two will strike up a conversation, but Cleo is totally unprepared when Sinead breaks down and confesses that she's terrified of going home to her husband.
