Emmerdale's Gabby Thomas puts her and Sarah Sugden's lives on the line next week, when she faints while driving a faulty car.
Starving hungry thanks to a fad diet, Gabby passes out at the wheel, forcing Sarah to pull over and risk tearing her stitches from her major surgery.
With both women in a bad way, they head to A&E – will they be okay? And will Gabby stop her irresponsible diet?
"It's a recipe for disaster," reveals Rosie Bentham, who plays Gabby.

Convinced that she needs to shed some pounds for her engagement party, Gabby's smug when the first few days of her dangerous diet appear to be working.
But as the week goes on, it becomes clear that starving herself has miserable side effects, leaving her tired and grumpy.
"Gabby wants this picture-perfect day, and her insecurities are coming out," explains Rosie.
"She starts crash dieting and drinking a hell of a lot of coffee, and putting exercise at the front of her mind. She takes things drastically."

Before her engagement party, Gabby shuns all food and opts for an extra strong quadruple black coffee instead, leaving her buzzed.
Afterwards she heads to the garage to check on her dodgy car. There, Sarah offers to take her on a drive to assess the problem, but the pair have no idea what danger is to follow…
"Gabby had worries about her car," explains Rosie. "Sarah steps in and they go for a drive to see what the problem is, but Sarah has to halt the brakes."
Out on the country roads, Gabby suddenly feels woozy and passes out while driving.

Acting on instinct, Sarah stretches across to grab the wheel but she's in agony from her surgery. The young mechanic manages to bring the vehicle to a stop, but with both of them in a really bad way, she calls for an ambulance…
"At the hospital Gabby is diagnosed with low blood sugar," shares Rosie.
"The women in her life tell her how ridiculous it is she's risking her health and her life for one day, one dress. Then Vinny comes in and talks some sense into her. It solidifies their desire to get married and put their priorities right."
But as Vinny buries his doubts over the wedding, is Gabby right to be insecure? Will the couple get cold feet before the big day?
