Moira's business is facing hefty fines – and a worrying blow to its reputation – after a slurry spillage affected the village's main water supply and poisoned Victoria Sugden's young son Harry.

In tonight's episode, it's confirmed that Charles and Claudette Anderson have also been affected by the poisoning drama, although they're not in hospital like Harry.
Mackenzie Boyd has been blamed for the unfortunate incident after being framed by his nemesis John Sugden.
When Mack crosses paths with Cain at The Woolpack tonight, he tries to reassure his brother-in-law that everything will work out and Moira needn't worry.
Mack's flippant attitude towards the troubling situation goes down terribly with Cain, who reacts angrily and even threatens to turn violent.

Can Mack find a way back into his family's good books, or are his relationships forever changed thanks to John's sly behaviour?
Lawrence Robb, who plays Mack, recently told us: "Mack thinks he's screwed the whole family business and his sister's going to lose her farm. He also thinks he could have nearly killed Harry.
"So Mack is absolutely beside himself. There's a scene where he goes to visit Harry in the hospital and Victoria turns him away. John is obviously dealing with his guilt because he knows that he's done it, but Mack thinks that he's done it.
"Mack is sitting outside saying: 'Is he going to die?' John's like, 'No, no'. There's a moment where they're connecting – they both think they've killed Harry but they're not saying that."

He continued: "Moira's furious with Mack. Mack loves Moira, so that's pretty huge. I guess Mackenzie allows the wool to be pulled over his eyes a little bit.
"John is thrilled that it's the downfall of Mackenzie and he's framing it in a way that he's helping Mackenzie, because that's what John does. But obviously Mackenzie is not privy to any of that."
Emmerdale airs these scenes tonight at 7.30pm on ITV1. The episode is also streaming early now on ITVX.
