Emmerdale spoilers follow from Tuesday's episode (13 May), which is available to watch now on streaming service ITVX but hasn't yet aired on ITV1.
Emmerdale's Dawn and Billy Fletcher join forces for an elaborate cover-up tonight – but will the villagers be fooled by their sneaky act?
The estranged couple unite as they vow to bury the truth over Dawn pushing Joe Tate out of an upstairs window at Home Farm.
It's Billy who comes up with the plan, after learning that Dawn has stepped in to save him – and herself – with a false alibi.
As Dawn is claiming that she was in bed with Billy when Joe was attacked, Billy reckons they need to make the cover story believable by faking a romantic reunion.

"I've already started telling people that we're back together," Billy informs Dawn. "The more the word gets round, the more it seems like it's the truth.
"I've been thinking, maybe I should move back in again. Don't panic, I'll move into the guest room. But as far as anyone else is concerned, we are back together."
Will Dawn be on board with the idea? And can the former couple really fool Kim Tate – who's unaware of the real story – while living right under her nose?
Olivia Bromley, who plays Dawn, told us this week: "Billy and Dawn have this history where they're quite a good unit and they come together.

"So they form a little bit of an alliance to protect each other. But obviously Billy's been massively betrayed by this woman, so will he ever trust her again?"
On the possibility of Joe seeking revenge if he survives, Olivia added: "Dawn is worried about that, but her main concern is to protect her family. The biggest thing she might lose is her children if she's been involved in a violent crime like this and potentially killed someone. She is very, very worried about losing the children.
"That's the constant thing running through Dawn – she messes up but then panics and hates herself for what she's done. She's constantly having to scrabble to keep this family together. She's got a lot to lose. After everything she's built, she could be in prison just like that."
Emmerdale airs these scenes tonight at 7.30pm on ITV1, while the episode is streaming early now on ITVX.
