Emmerdale's new spoiler clip sees a panicking Dawn arrive to join Billy at the hospital.
When she asks to know what happened, Billy explains the situation: "They're trying to bring down his temperature. We're going to have to wait.
"He just started going red on the way back from London and by the time we got to Hotten, he had a temperature so I brought him here."
He adds: "Before you say anything, I get it – alright? I should never have taken him that far."

As Billy continues to express his guilt, Dawn urges him to see that this wasn't his fault.
Billy is comforted by Dawn's support and it's like old times as they join forces to be there for Evan.
Viewers saw Dawn end her relationship with Billy earlier this month.

Billy knew that there'd been problems between him and Dawn for a while, so she kept quiet about how her affair with Joe Tate was the main influence behind her decision.
