Emmerdale spoilers follow from Friday's episode (March 7), which is available to watch now on streaming service ITVX but hasn't yet aired on ITV1.
Emmerdale has confirmed the full details of Manpreet Sharma's big secret.
Manpreet confided in her work colleague Ella Forster in Friday's episode, which was released for early streaming on ITVX this morning.
The village doctor was one of the characters who took centre stage in the special flashbacks in Leyla Harding's funeral episode this week.
In a humorous scene, Leyla burst into Manpreet's room at the doctors surgery and caught a glimpse of a racy photo on her laptop.

Manpreet swore Leyla to secrecy, but there was no chance for Leyla to expose the truth anyway, as she later died in the limo crash disaster.
Friday's Emmerdale episode has now confirmed that Manpreet has signed up for an Only Fans-style website.
Desperate for someone to confide in after receiving sinister blackmail messages over her secret, Manpreet told Ella that she'd initially been looking for a confidence boost after her heartbreaking split from Charles Anderson.

"I was so low after Charles. He moved on with Laurel so quickly, I felt rejected," she explained.
"It was just a few photos on my socials at first. Getting likes – confidence boosters, you know? It did wonders for my self-esteem. I felt desired. And then one of my followers suggested a subscription site.
"I just felt so validated – it was empowering."
Ella assured Manpreet that she hadn't done anything to be ashamed of, but Manpreet feared that she could receive negative press attention and potentially lose her job if her secret was exposed.

With support from Ella, Manpreet tried to take control of the situation by deleting her online profile to cover her tracks.
Sadly, the mystery blackmailer increased the pressure further by sending over pre-saved screenshots to threaten her with.
They warned: "Deleting your profile won't make a difference. One word to the police and everyone will know your secret."

Roxy Shahidi, who played Leyla, told Digital Spy this week: "Leyla definitely would have told everybody about Manpreet, accidentally on purpose. She'll have just loved that and wouldn't have been able to keep it to herself.
"I enjoyed that because it was so colourful. The other two secrets that Leyla discovers are a lot more serious. So it was nice to still have that fun side of Leyla in the last ever episode, in her scene with Manpreet.
"I think the viewers will be surprised by the secrets. It's a nice way for Leyla to go out, because I guess she lives on."
Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV1, and streams on ITVX.
