Emmerdale spoilers follow.
Emmerdale has confirmed plans for a special episode next week as Moira Dingle goes in for surgery.
The ITV soap is currently airing a big storyline for Moira, who was diagnosed with a non-cancerous brain tumour two months ago.
Moira has since decided to undergo surgery to remove the tumour. She turned down an initial date from the hospital as it clashed with Zak Dingle's funeral and she felt she needed to support her husband Cain.
As the date of Moira's rescheduled operation gets closer next week, she continues to prepare for the worst possible outcome.

Cain struggles with the thought that he could lose Moira forever and he hides out in the garage, where he appears tormented as he considers the bleak possibilities of what the future could hold.
Emmerdale's special episode follows Moira's brain surgery and how Cain copes with the day as he anxiously waits for news.
In a change to the show's usual style of storytelling, Cain's story will play out in reverse chronological order.
Caleb Miligan is left dismayed as he finds Cain drunk with bloodied hands, but what were the events that led up to this point?

Emmerdale producer Sophie Roper commented: "This conceptual episode is a tale of two halves as we explore Cain and Moira's separate journeys on the day of Moira's brain surgery.
"We firstly dramatise Moira's experience as she undergoes the operation before breaking with soap form, and playing the second half of the episode in reverse order to reveal Cain's journey, whilst Moira was in theatre."
Natalie J Robb, who plays Moira, also told Digital Spy and other press: "Moira and Cain are both terrified. Cain is very scared of losing her, and when Cain is out of control, that's when Cain does things that are out of control himself – he can't control the situation. He is scared because it's a big thing.
"Moira is absolutely terrified, mainly because she could lose him but never see her kids again and obviously she has already experienced loss. The last thing she wants is to be abandoning her kids, so it's really about her kids and losing them is at the forefront. She's just feeling very vulnerable.

"Moira's like a bit of an ox – she is a strong character. She's worried about suddenly losing her identity almost and slowly losing small pieces of her. There's the fear of after the operation – is she going to be quite right?"
She added: "Cain internalises everything and that's the problem. Moira knows that with him – that's why she's always checking on him and worrying. She'll always know when there's something not quite right.
"On the other hand, Moira's trying to get everything out – because to her this could be the last time she gets to say it to Cain, so it's important that she does vocalise things.
"She's always been more outspoken and that's why they work a lot of the time because they're yin and yang – she's a big communicator and he's not. But when they do communicate, it just works. It's like a lot of marriages."
Emmerdale airs Moira and Cain's special episode on Wednesday, November 20 on ITV1 and ITVX.
Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV1, and streams on ITVX.
