Emmerdale spoilers follow from Tuesday's episode (October 15), which is available to watch now on streaming service ITVX but hasn't yet aired on ITV1.
Emmerdale has hinted at unfinished business between Liam Cavanagh and Chas Dingle in the show's latest episode.
The two characters, who were briefly an item earlier this year, shared a moment in Tuesday's episode following the sad news of Zak Dingle's death.
Emmerdale's episodes this week are paying tribute to legendary cast member Steve Halliwell, who passed away last December at the age of 77. He'd played fan favourite Zak since 1994.
Monday's episode saw Moira and Cain Dingle receive the news that Zak had died peacefully in Scotland.

In follow-up scenes on Tuesday, Cain took control of the upsetting situation by visiting the rest of the family in turn and sharing the news.
Everyone dealt with the tragedy in different ways, with Chas choosing to take some time away from the rest of the family to grieve in private.
When Liam spotted Chas sobbing down at the allotments, he headed over to find out what was wrong.
As Chas explained all, Liam insisted on accompanying her back to The Woolpack.

Once in the main village again, Chas opened up to Liam about how important Zak was to the Dingle family. She spoke movingly about how Zak was like a dad to her.
The conversation was interrupted when Liam received a call from his girlfriend Ella Forster, which he rejected.
When Chas pointed out that Ella was clearly waiting for him, Liam pointedly replied: "So? I want to be with you."
This proved to be a step too far for Chas, who firmly encouraged Liam to leave before he said anything he regretted.
Could Liam's unresolved feelings for Chas cause problems for his new relationship?
Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV1, and streams on ITVX.
