Emmerdale is set to revisit Aaron Dingle and Mackenzie Boyd's friendship with a dangerous new plan.
In new scenes set to air on the ITV soap, Mack tries to push Aaron to be riskier in their car-stealing enterprise, and they agree to steal a more expensive vehicle.
The following day, Aaron is intrigued after spotting a business partner of Kim's having trouble with his car, and sees him leave the vehicle in the village to be repaired.

Aaron and Mack discuss how they could get the car, and are surprised when they see Cain driving it to the garage, leading Aaron to think up a plan.

In the afternoon, Mack tries to use the tractor with Moira, and pretends he is ignorant when it fails to start up, leaving Moira with no choice but to call Cain for help.
Cain accepts the call and leaves the garage, while unaware that Aaron is preparing to break in. However, Aaron is annoyed to find the car bonnet open and both wheels removed – though he prepares to race against the clock to make it ready to drive away.

Mack receives a text from Aaron that he will need more time, and so will need to keep Cain distracted at Butlers for as long as he can. However, the tractor issue is resolved quickly, and Cain doesn’t plan to stick around.
Mack tries to warn Aaron, though his phone dies before he can send the text. The car is ready to go at the Garage, but when Aaron tries to start the vehicle, it fails to work.
He goes under the bonnet to try and get it to start, and thinks he's safe given Mack's warning has failed to come through.
