Chas Dingle has upset Mandy in a row over Eve's future in Emmerdale.
Tuesday's episode (October 3) saw the fragile truce between Chas and her estranged husband Paddy shattered over her budding romance with 'Simon'.
Viewers know that 'Simon' is actually local crime boss Harry, who has seemingly used a false identity to get close to Chas while Cain and Caleb were away on a mysterious trip.
The trouble started when Paddy walked in on 'Simon' having slept over at Chas's place. Paddy wanted answers as to what went on with 'Simon' but Chas insisted she owed him nothing since he's with Mandy.

Chas suddenly had to defend herself from other members of the family, including Bear cruelly bringing up that she'd been seeing 'Simon' on the anniversary of daughter Grace's tragic death.
Paddy was unsettled over the situation, so he later informed Chas that their daughter Eve wanted to live with him from now on.
Mandy soon returned with Eve, and while Chas rushed her daughter to gather her things to leave, Mandy suggested it may be better for the child to stay.
"You stay out of this, Mandy. You've got no idea what it's like to be a mum," Chas snapped.

Mandy stormed off after pointing out that she'd raised Vinny and once lost another child, leaving Chas instantly regretting her comment.
"She had a miscarriage years ago. It's left her infertile," Paddy explained to Chas.
Chas offered to go speak to Mandy, but Paddy asked her to leave it. They also agreed Eve would stay with Paddy and Mandy for the night, then they could work out a permanent arrangement.
In the final scene of the episode, Chas broke down in tears as she placed a call to 'Simon' asking to see him again...
