Emmerdale releases first look at Meena Jutla's return

Serial killer Meena Jutla seems more unhinged than ever as she returns to Emmerdale.

The soap has unveiled three photos previewing Meena's revenge plan to air in Friday's (February 11) episode, weeks after fleeing the village to avoid arrest.

Liam Cavanagh had exposed Meena's plot to kill her sister Manpreet and nemesis Vinny Dingle last month, though Meena was able to slip away before Liam could hand her over to police.

With Meena away from the village in recent weeks, Dawn Taylor and Billy Fletcher have decided to get married – but this week's episodes have hinted there is more trouble on the horizon.

Dawn has been plagued by a stalker interfering in her work responsibilities ahead of new scenes where Meena arrives at the church with vengeance in mind.

"I will miss everything because I love her," she said of a possible exit. " I think she's hilarious, she's got so much charisma, she's so strange, she is just odd and everything about her. The things she says and the way that she says them but I love that.
