Emmerdale hints at another murder target for Meena

Emmerdale spoilers follow.

Dawn Taylor and Billy Fletcher's wedding day could end with spattered blood, as psycho-killer Meena Jutla fires a gun at someone.

In Emmerdale scenes airing from Monday (February 14) onward, she'll hijack the newlyweds before they can make it to their Home Farm wedding reception – engaging in a showdown where she asks Billy to save either himself or Dawn.

A mystery character ends up getting shot, however, as the villagers come to their senses over Meena's return, more than one life hangs in the balance.

Ahead of this nail-biting twist, Meena actress Paige Sandhu expressed love for the character last month, hoping to remain on the scene despite an air of doom lingering over her storyline.

"I will miss everything because I love her. I think she's hilarious, she's got so much charisma, she's so strange, she is just odd and everything about her. The things she says and the way that she says them but I love that.

"She's so weird and it's so much fun to play such a weird character. Going to those dark places is really fulfilling but then there's that slightly comedic edge which is always fun," the soap star continued.
