Emmerdale will revisit Marlon Dingle and Rhona Goskirk's romantic spark in a New Year storyline.
Viewers have already seen the former couple get a bit closer again recently, having bonded over their son Leo – but now it looks like a proper reunion could be on the cards for the couple as they're set to spend even more time together on New Year's Eve.
In next week's scenes, Marlon (Mark Charnock) is left feeling despondent about his own romantic life and, after Christmas, he admits to Paddy (Dominic Brunt) that he's feeling lonely.

Later, Rhona (Zoe Henry) invites Marlon around to her place on New Year's Eve, and she's delighted when he agrees to spend the evening with her.

As the New Year draws closer, the pair spend the evening enjoying each other's company and it seems as though the flicker of attraction between them is reignited, especially as Marlon lets Rhona know how much he's enjoyed spending the evening with her.

It's quite clear that Rhona is beginning to have feelings for Marlon again, but does he feel the same way?
