Emmerdale villain Pierce Harris made a visit to Home Farm tonight (February 11), having taken on a false identity to fool Kim Tate.
Pierce has been posing as Oliver, a solicitor that Kim (Claire King) has taken on to work on her son Jamie's child custody case.
But while Kim and Jamie appear to have taken Pierce at his word, it looked as if he may have more trouble convincing Al Chapman (Michael Wildman) that he is who he says he is.
In tonight's episode, Pierce went to Home Farm to discuss the custody battle with Kim and Jamie, but Jamie wanted nothing to do with it and instead left to return an item of Graham's to Rhona.
Pierce then asked Kim about Rhona and seemed visibly angry when Kim replied that Rhona was playing the "grieving widow".
The pair's conversation was then interrupted by Al, with Kim introducing Pierce as the lawyer working on Jamie's case and a suspicious Al immediately asked Pierce the name of the firm he worked for – a question that Pierce avoided answering.

When Al asked him what the firm was once again before he left, Pierce finally came up with an answer, saying he worked at Clifford and Harper. However, he wasn't off the hook with Al just yet, as Kim's new right-hand man noticed that Pierce still had the price tag on his suit as he was leaving.
"I wear so many new suits, sometimes one of these gets past me," Pierce blagged.
Later, Al told Kim that he had been asking around about Oliver, and the episode hinted that Pierce's latest scheme may have already been rumbled.
"It turns out that Oliver has been lying to you," Al said. "Leading you on, that man's not who you think he is."
But what has Al discovered about 'Oliver' and will it lead to them finding out the truth about Graham Foster's murder?
Emmerdale airs weekdays at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
