Tonight's episode of Emmerdale (August 9) revealed Kim Tate's dastardly new plans in the wake of the factory explosion.
Last week, viewers watched on in horror as Jai Sharma's family factory went up in flames, resulting in the shocking death of worker Frank Clayton.
It also emerged that Jai's father Rishi borrowed a huge loan with interest from Kim, and she'll now be taking advantage of his dire financial situation.
In tonight's scenes, Jai placed the blame for the fire on his dad and his new girlfriend Manpreet.
Kim then taunted Jai about the situation, before offering to buy half of the shares of the factory – or at least its charred remains.
With no choice but to accept the offer in order to save what was left of the factory, Jai reluctantly agreed to go into business with her.

Later on, Rishi was left disgusted by his son's decision. He initially refused to sign over his shares, but after coming to the same conclusion as Jai, he too reluctantly signed Kim's papers.
The episode ended with Kim talking to her mystery partner on the phone, revealing she'll use the land of the factory for her new project – and that Jai will be her "lackey".
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with extra episodes at 8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Loose Women airs weekdays on ITV at 12.30pm.
