EastEnders spoilers follow for Friday’s episode (11 July), which is available to watch early now on BBC iPlayer and hasn’t yet aired on TV.
EastEnders has aired a disturbing twist involving Ravi Gulati, as Harry Mitchell faces consequences for his actions.
This week, Ravi hid a stash of drugs in his car and stored the vehicle in The Arches – but Kojo secretly took the supply and flushed it down the toilet.
Harry found out what Kojo had done and vowed to protect his friend, staging a break-in at the garage and telling Ravi that the drugs were stolen.
Ravi was sceptical about this story, but Harry offered to hold Avani’s birthday party in Harry’s Barn free of charge to soften the blow.

Phil was furious when Harry told him about the so-called robbery in the latest episode, but Ravi surprisingly jumped to his defence.
Ravi made it clear to Harry that although he still owed him for the missing drugs, he was grateful for him throwing Avani a great party in the bar and even invited him to stay and celebrate.
With the party in full swing, Ravi approached Harry and gave him drugs to take to help him relax. As the pair chatted, Ravi asked if Harry knew who could be responsible for the break-in, but Harry stayed quiet.

The situation took a dark turn when Okie arrived at the party, wanting to speak privately to Ravi about the missing drugs.
Ravi told Harry that he doesn’t trust Okie, so asked him to come with him outside to act as back-up during their conversation.
When Okie refused to follow Ravi’s plan of getting advanced payments from the dealers, saying that the Panesars were a joke without Nish, Ravi suddenly turned violent and brutally attacked him.

With Harry having witnessed this terrifying incident, Ravi turned to him and said that he knew he’d stolen the drugs himself – unaware that Harry is covering for Kojo.
Ravi told Harry that he works for him now to repay his debt, and Harry feared what would happen to him if he didn’t comply.
Is this the start of a dangerous new storyline?
