EastEnders spoilers follow for Thursday’s episode (5 June), which is available to watch now on streaming service BBC iPlayer and hasn’t yet aired on TV.
EastEnders has aired a dramatic episode for Kat Slater that ended with her making a devastating discovery.
Kat and Alfie made big plans this week, when they decided to stage a fake wedding photoshoot for their new limo business – and to get married for real for the third time.
But Jean was furious when she found out about their new partnership with her ex Harvey. She slapped Kat in the Vic and told her that she was no longer a Slater.
As Kat and Alfie prepared for their joint hen and stag do in today’s episode, Kat decided to try and make amends with Jean.

However, Jean wasn’t interested in reconciling and another blazing row ensued, with Kat bringing up Jean’s call to social services last year.
The celebrations then began in Harry’s Barn, and Kat and Alfie were thrilled to discover that the night was themed around their staple fashion choices.
Jean attempted to sabotage the couple’s big night by trying to set off the fire alarm, but Harvey caught her in the act just in time – and Kat realised just how upset she was.

Meanwhile, back at Kat and Alfie’s flat, Joel continued to lead Tommy astray and persuaded him to snatch his dad’s credit card to make a purchase on the laptop.
Kat called round to see Jean once more and apologised, explaining how important she was to her and insisting that she won’t fake-marry Alfie unless she’s there.
Jean was touched by Kat’s words, so she later headed over to the flat to make up properly and promised to be at the wedding.

With Jean having said her peace, Alfie offered to walk her home, while Kat decided to book some doves for the photoshoot next week.
But when she opened the laptop, she stumbled across an adult website, with a purchase having just been made.
Kat was horrified and assumed that this was Alfie’s doing – but will she get to the real truth?
