EastEnders spoilers follow for Wednesday’s episode (28 May), which is available to watch now on streaming service BBC iPlayer and hasn’t yet aired on TV.
EastEnders has revealed the outcome of the dramatic car crash involving Teddy Mitchell and Zack Hudson – and one character is feared dead.
Teddy desperately tried to stop Harry from hurting Zack this week, hitching a lift from Billy, Honey and Nigel and tracking down his son.
He calmed the situation down and decided to drive Zack home himself. But when Zack regained consciousness in the car, he tried to fight Teddy over the steering wheel, and the vehicle plunged into the lake.
Harry was horrified by the crash in today’s episode, but was relieved when his dad made his way to the surface relatively unharmed. He told the Mitchells that he tried to save Zack, but he couldn’t find him underwater.

Teddy and Honey eventually found Nigel in a confused state in the woods, though he remembered that Teddy was driving the car when it crashed.
Back on the Square, Nicola realised that Ravi knew Zack is Barney’s real dad and found out that Harry had set out to harm Zack.

Nicola made it clear that she was a good mum to Barney and he needs her, but Ravi warned her that if anything had happened to Zack, her life was in danger.
Meanwhile, the Mitchells realised that Zack must have drowned, and Teddy prepared to face to consequences. But Honey suggested that they lie to the police and say that Teddy’s car was stolen instead.
Billy and Honey brought Nigel home safe and told Phil what had happened, and Phil questioned if Sharon – who is currently away from Walford – knew that Zack had drowned.

Phil took matters into his own hands and broke the news to Vicki, who was furious about Zack’s assumed death.
Vicki rushed over to No.1 demanding to speak to Barney and finally revealed the shocking truth to the teenager.
"Your mum has been lying to you," she exclaimed. "Teddy ain’t your dad, Zack is. And they have all just had him killed!"
