Celebrity Antiques Road Trip has aired a special reunion for EastEnders stars Max Bowden and Danielle Harold.
The actors were best known for their roles as Lola Pearce (Harold) and Ben Mitchell (Bowden), before they both exited the soap in 2023 and 2024, respectively.
In tonight's episode of Celebrity Antiques Road Trip, fans saw a reunion between the former co-stars as they went head to head at the auction house. Harold was partnered with expert Ishy Khan, while Bowden had the guidance of expert Hettie Jago.
Starting in Gloucester, the teams travelled to various antique shops in Cheltenham, Evesham, Tetbury and finally, Cirencester in search of the best finds. Harold showed off her knack for haggling, while Bowden proved himself to be quite the history buff - when he wasn't knocking over the vintage items.

Bowden also gave Harold a run for her money by using a unique haggling technique to successfully lower the price of his chosen items. "If I had a roll of the dice and I shoot two of the same, we'll take it for ten," he offered to the shop owner. "If not, well I think it's fair that we take it at its full price, because I'm a fair gambler."

Meanwhile, on their respective travels, the stars each spoke about their wonderful friendship. "We're really close, really close. So, it's nice to do something fun," Harold shared with Ishy. "With EastEnders, our stories were really heavy and really sad. It did not end on a great note at all."
She added: "[Bowden] loves me really, pretends like he don't but he does."
Bowden echoed her sentiments, telling Hettie: "We did some really dark and beautiful storylines together so we've spent a lot of time in each other's pockets, which is why we're so comfortable with each other."

Elsewhere in the episode, Harold shared her game plan for the competition: "I don't really need much tactics. Max gets a bit excited, so if he sees anything exciting he won't care if it's even worth anything, he'll just get it."
In a testament to how well she knows him, Bowden later explained purchase of a 'Muffin Man' menu holder, admitting: "I have a problem with impulsive decisions."
When the final hammer fell, it was revealed that Bowden had won the challenge with a slightly smaller loss of -£167.80, compared to Harold's -£170.80. "It's just funny, you know, a bit of education, a bit of history, bit of thought and walk away victorious," he gloated. "It's kinda what we do it for."
