EastEnders has confirmed that a major new Walford secret will be revealed next year, in new advanced spoilers.
There is a dramatic festive season ahead for the residents of Albert Square, starting with the huge reveal of Cindy Beale’s secrets on Christmas Day.
A recording of her and David’s chat about her affair with Junior and her love for her ex-husband George will fall into the wrong hands, and her lies will be exposed amid the Christmas celebrations at The Vic.

Then there will be an explosive start to 2025, with Suki and Eve finally getting married on New Year’s Day – but having escaped prison, Nish is lurking in the shadows waiting to ruin everything.

It remains to be seen how both of these tense plots will unfold on screen, but it appears that there will be big consequences for the Square that will continue into next year.
In new spoilers released by the BBC, the events of New Year "continue to have repercussions" on Monday, January 6, suggesting that there is high drama at Suki and Eve’s nuptials.

But that week a new mystery is also introduced, as "Walford’s residents attempt to conceal a secret". Does this relate to either of the festive plots or something else entirely?
