EastEnders will add another wrinkle to the Cindy Beale and Junior Knight affair storyline in the next week, in the form of another love interest.
Cindy and Junior's affair came close to being rumbled by George last week. The pair then had a heated argument, but they ended up making up with a fumble in the toilets.

In scenes set to air across the next couple of episodes, Junior's dad (and Cindy's ex) George continues to pressure Gina into finding out who Junior's mystery woman is. Cindy catches her trying to get into Junior's phone at Beale's Eels. Gina spills the beans, and Cindy tells Junior about it.
Later on, an angry Cindy heads to The Vic after Junior doesn't turn up for a secret meeting. There, she sees Junior introducing his date Maxine to the family.

Junior tries to tell Cindy that he's brought Maxine along just to throw George off the scent, but she hears from Gina that Junior slept with her. She gives him the cold shoulder, and he accuses Cindy of overreacting. Even more annoyed, Cindy gives Junior an ultimatum: if he's with her, he's only with her.

Junior goes to Gina and tells her it's not going anywhere with Maxine, making sure that Cindy can overhear the conversation. She's visibly pleased.
Meanwhile, George gives Junior some relationship advice, unaware of who he's applying that advice to.
