EastEnders aired a reunion for Suki Panesar and Eve Unwin, with tension brewing after their secret affair.
The pair embarked on a covert romance earlier this year, but decided to end things as Suki feared that her family would find out.
Suki, beginning to feel trapped in her own life, had begun to plan for life outside of Walford, and attempted to bring Eve with her as she declared her love.

As she muttered that she wanted "no regrets", Suki left a note for Nish on the table before eventually leaving, with the hope of bringing Eve along with her.
She got a rude awakening, however, with Stacey giving her some stern words at the burger van, proclaiming that Suki would let Eve go if she truly cared for her.

Vinny, who had overheard the conversation in the Vic, subsequently informed Eve that Suki was set to leave the Square, meaning she had little time to patch things up.
As she ran to the station, Eve's luck was in as Suki was still at the station following trouble on the Underground network, with the pair subsequently sharing a heartfelt conversation.
Suki made an emotional plea, with Eve agreeing to go with her, but the pair needed a few more hours to finalise details, leaving Nish with ample opportunity to discover the letter...
