EastEnders has aired a cameo from a superfan in Monday's episode.
To celebrate 100 years of the BBC, the Beeb held several 15 Seconds of Fame competitions for fans to appear on hit shows like Casualty, Strictly Come Dancing and, most recently, EastEnders.
The EastEnders fan selected was George Codd, who learned he'd be coming to the all-new Walford set during a surprise Zoom call with cast member Natalie Cassidy.

"I had the most unforgettable experience on the set of EastEnders," George said. "It felt like a dream. I feel extremely fortunate to see the magic behind the cameras, but extra fortunate to have filmed with the cast for an actual episode. It's a day that I will remember for the rest of my life.”
The BBC centenary celebrations have been held across all of the Corporation's platforms, including a Doctor Who special last year that featured numerous cast members from the past.
