EastEnders spoilers follow.
EastEnders' Phil Mitchell will make another desperate plan in Wednesday night's episode (September 7).
Phil is currently facing a formidable enemy, as DCI Keeble is continuing to make alarming threats against him and his family.
In Tuesday's episode, Phil confided in his fiancée Kat Slater about how he'd been forced to provide Keeble with a statement against a member of his own family – Billy.
Phil told Kat that he'd retract the statement in court at the last minute, but his decision leaves Billy in a precarious position in the meantime.

This week's episodes have revealed that Keeble's grudge against the Mitchells dates back to 1979, when her dad was fatally shot by Phil, Grant and Sam's father Eric.
The brutal murder took place when Keeble's father, who worked as a security guard, interrupted the Mitchells as they carried out a criminal raid on a warehouse.
Billy was part of the raid, but has no knowledge of Keeble's dad losing his life that night.

However, Keeble recently told Phil: "Actually, [Billy] procured the firearm. There's a witness statement that goes years back – Billy Mitchell bought the weapon. It's all there in black and white."
When informed by Phil that Eric was the culprit, Keeble refused to back down and argued: "Your father's dead. That's no good to me. Billy sourced the gun, he gets to pay.
"You want the truth? I don't care about Billy. All I care about is you, and that look on your face betraying your own flesh and blood."
EastEnders airs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer.
