EastEnders has provided a sneak peek into Monday's (April 4) episode with pictures that see Walford's residents say an emotional farewell at Tina's funeral.
The Carter family will attempt to come to terms with the death of their beloved Tina, as the day of her funeral arrives, and it seems it all becomes too much for some.
At the crematorium, Shirley delivers an emotional eulogy for her sister, who was murdered by serial killer Gray Atkins, breaking down under the weight of her grief.

But when an inconsolable Mick attempts to pay his tribute, he is overcome with emotion. And after seeing him struggle, Janine hastens to comfort him which leaves an embarrassed Linda furious for not being the one chosen to support him.

The day is almost overshadowed by the unexpected return of Linda, however, after the Carters quickly make it clear that Mick's soon-to-be ex-wife is not welcome, having previously turned her back on the family.
Elsewhere in upcoming episodes, Janine's scheming starts to surface when Linda recognises her as 'Judith Bernstein', the woman who visited her last Christmas and convinced her to divorce Mick. Linda rages when she realises Janine has been trying to pursue Mick in her absence.

But when Linda is reunited with her best friend Sharon upon her return, she urges Linda to concoct a plan or risk losing Mick to Janine.
Meanwhile, Shirley is grateful to Janine for supporting Mick during his time of grief – but she also warns her not to cross a line.
