EastEnders spoilers follow.

Whitney Dean and Michaela Turnbull's relationship will take an even sourer turn in EastEnders later this month.

With the friendship circle seeming off with her, Whitney questions why everybody's acting strange, but despite Sonia and Chantelle's best efforts to squash it, she's informed by Ruby that Michaela has been posting about her on social media.

Whitney demands to see the evidence, but is absolutely distraught about what she's shown.

Elsewhere, EastEnders actress Milly Zero has weighed in on the show reducing its number of weekly episodes to just two, following the coronavirus outbreak.

"If we just put all our episodes out there for people to watch now, there would eventually be nothing left," she told Digital Spy.

"Soaps are really good escapism at the moment. It's definitely the right decision and will keep everyone hooked on the storylines."

EastEnders airs the Whitney scenes on Monday, April 20 at 8pm on BBC One.
