Bex Fowler's life is on the line after taking contaminated drugs in Tuesday's EastEnders episode.
The teenager has been experimenting with drugs with Dotty Cotton (Milly Zero) in recent episodes after moving out of her parents' home.
In the latest 35th anniversary week episode on Tuesday (February 18), Bex (Jasmine Armfield) met up with Dotty's drug dealer in order to get some "gear" for the boat party.
On her way home, she happened across the aftermath of Bobby Beale (Clay Milner Russell) being viciously attacked by a group of thugs in the Square.

Bex was even more traumatised when Dotty later revealed at the Vic that it had been Dennis Rickman (Bleu Landau) who had been stoking religious hatred about Bobby on social media as a means of revenge.

When Bex admitted she was in no mood for the boat party, Dotty tried to convince her otherwise: "Why do you want to stay around here? The scene of the crime. You need to get away from here for the night!"
The teens headed off with the rest of the Walford crew on their bus towards the Carters' chartered boat, while Sonia (Natalie Cassidy) received a visit at home from police.
The detective explained that they'd come to warn her about potentially contaminated drugs, since Bex was a recent call on the phone of the dealer they'd just busted.
"This is a health issue. It's not about trying to prosecute anyone for possession," the detective explained.
But their warning came too late as Bex had already taken the drugs — and collapsed into Kush Kazemi's (Davood Ghadami) arms just as the boat hit rocky waters.
Dotty ultimately admitted the truth to Kush and Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) while they tended to an unconscious Bex. Will they be able to revive her while all hell is breaking loose on the boat?
