With the World Cup tournament getting down to the quarter-finals this week, the soaps have once again undergone some scheduling changes. ITV has now confirmed its schedule for the rest of the week, with some huge games and a special two-hour soap block one night.
There will be no episode of Coronation Street or Emmerdale on Tuesday (7 July), with ITV showing Argentina v Egypt at 5pm and then Switzerland v Colombia at 9pm.

Wednesday is a football-free night on ITV, so we're treated to back-to-back soap action, with Emmerdale at 8pm and Coronation Street at 8.30pm.
On Thursday, it's back to football with coverage of the first quarter-final match between France and Morocco beginning at 8.15pm ahead of the 9pm kick-off.
To end the week, on Friday we're gifted an hour-long episode of both soaps, with Emmerdale on at 8pm and Coronation Street at 9pm.

Then, just in case you need reminding, Saturday will feature Norway v England with kick-off set for 10pm.
Of course, if you can't wait until the evening to watch Emmerdale and Corrie, episodes will be dropping on ITVX and YouTube in the morning at the usual time.

EastEnders fans will have little interruption this week as it will be keeping to its usual schedule of four episodes.
But, for those of you who like to watch it live, you'll have to switch over to BBC Two on Wednesday and Thursday where it will air at 7.30pm. EastEnders episodes will also land on iPlayer in the mornings as usual.
Coronation Street airs on weeknights at 8.30pm on ITV1 and streams on ITVX.
