Coronation Street spoilers follow.

Coronation Street's Dee-Dee Bailey mixes business with pleasure next week when she shares a passionate kiss with newcomer Ollie, despite the fact he's one of her clients.

The single mum is ready to mingle, but will she live to regret crossing this line, and is she ready for love again after her doomed relationship with evil Joel Deering?

"Just as Dee-Dee thinks she's met a nice guy, things immediately get complicated," our Corrie source warns. "She can't help how she feels about Ollie – though is he worth risking her career for?"

Ollie is in the office for a meeting and the spark between him and Dee-Dee is obvious. Once he leaves, giddy Dee-Dee confides in her friend and colleague Alya Nazir that she's smitten but is concerned a romance would be a conflict of interest.

When Dee-Dee runs into Ollie later on, they admit how much they like each other — and how bad an idea it would be to get personally involved.

However, the chemistry is crackling so Ollie takes a chance and leans in for a kiss, and Dee-Dee reciprocates.

"Has Dee-Dee left her morals at the office? That said, there's no harm in a little smooch, and she's entitled to have some fun after the year she's had," our insider continues.

"But is this a moment of madness, or are she and Ollie officially an item?”

Conflicted, Dee-Dee tells Ollie they need to take it slow, only to then confide in her brother James she wants to keep things strictly above board.

Aside from the possible career consequences, she's also still stung by how Joel treated her and is getting her head around being a proper mum to baby Laila.

Should Dee-Dee open her heart to Ollie, or keep her distance?
