Mick is determined to "rescue" his troubled family, after learning that they're in crisis following the revelations about his wife Lou attacking Gary Windass.
After managing to get out of jail, Mick's first stop is Weatherfield High as his son Brody has tipped him off over Tim Metcalfe taking Joanie to a taster day there.

What to Read Next
Mick is well-known among the local community for all the wrong reasons after killing Craig Tinker a few weeks ago, so the schoolkids are all terrified to see him…
Nick Tilsley notices Sam is not his usual chirpy self in the days following the drama. He tries to talk to him, but the lad clams up and can barely look his dad in the eye.
With Sam too distressed to open up about what he witnessed, Nick speaks to Hope Dobbs about what it was like in the eye of the storm while Mick stomped around making terrible threats.
Fiz’s girl recalls the true horror, revealing that Lily took refuge in a classroom for safety but was so scared she refused to let Sam in, so he was left to an uncertain fate on his own.

Narked Nick can’t believe Lily put Sam in danger, and angrily collars David to discuss his daughter’s behaviour.
Sam continues to be withdrawn, and Nick fears the violent incident has dragged up painful memories of his mum’s grisly murder.
When that happened, the kid was so traumatised that he barely spoke for weeks, then embarked on a crusade to rehabilitate his mother’s killer Harvey Gaskell, hoping it would bring closure.
What long-term impact will this nightmare have?
