Coronation Street's Evelyn Plummer makes a reappearance in Wednesday's episode (January 29) – just weeks after deciding to move away.
Dame Maureen Lipman has stepped away from the ITV soap as a permanent cast member, but she'll continue to appear as Evelyn for certain storylines.
Wednesday's episode sees Evelyn pop back to the cobbles for a visit, just as her daughter Cassie's scheming is starting to gather pace.
Viewers have seen Cassie manipulate Ken Barlow over the past few weeks, wanting to make him dependent on her so that she keeps her job as his unofficial carer.

Cassie has been spiking Ken's drinks with antihistamines to make him drowsy. Although her behaviour has sparked suspicion from the Barlow family, Ken won't hear a bad word said against Cassie.
The show's latest episode sees Ken double down on his loyalty to Cassie as he now wants her to move into No.1 permanently.
Steve McDonald and Amy Barlow both have concerns, worried about the consequences of Cassie's constant presence.
Later, Evelyn pops home from university and catches up with Cassie.
