Coronation Street has aired a dark new twist for Daisy Midgeley and Daniel Osbourne.
The former couple united to cover up a crime in Monday's episode after Daniel's behaviour had spiralled badly out of control.
Daniel faced a difficult day as he fell out with his girlfriend Bethany Platt once again and continued to clash with Debbie Webster too.
Bethany was livid when she discovered that Daniel had disregarded her request to donate her best clothes to charity. She'd originally asked for Daniel's help as she didn't feel comfortable wearing them following her botched surgery.

Daniel had stored the clothes at The Rovers in case Bethany changed her mind, but she was understandably furious that he'd secretly involved his ex-fiancée Daisy in a situation so personal to her.
Meanwhile, there were other tensions for Daniel as he continued to berate Debbie for being a shareholder in the dodgy cosmetic surgery clinic that had operated on Bethany.
Kevin Webster jumped in to defend his sister when things got out of hand, warning Daniel off.
After his terrible day, Daniel drowned his sorrows at The Rovers and took a drunken revenge by stealing Debbie's car from the garage. He accidentally crashed the vehicle into Victoria Gardens, destroying Seb Franklin's memorial.

Daisy witnessed the incident and immediately recognised the serious consequences that would unfold if Daniel got arrested for causing the crash while drink-driving.
Rather than run the risk of Daniel being separated from his young son Bertie, Daisy decided to help cover up his crime.
Daisy sent Daniel back to wait for her at The Rovers while she sped off in the car and disposed of the vehicle.
She believed that she'd left no trace of evidence behind, but the next morning, Daisy's love interest DC Kit Green examined some CCTV footage at the police station and spotted her behind the wheel.
