Coronation Street spoilers follow.

Coronation Street killer Stephen Reid desperately tries to fight back tonight (February 27) after being rumbled for plotting against Carla Barlow.

Stephen has recently taken charge at the factory alongside his niece Sarah, stepping into Carla's shoes while she takes time off work.

Carla took a break from the factory when she feared that her psychosis was returning. In reality, Carla has only been struggling because Stephen is spiking her drinks with LSD.

In Monday's episode, Stephen goes a step further as he looks for a way to keep Carla out of the picture for longer.
