1. Summer is found unconscious

Mike holds Summer captive in the nursery at his house. Aaron arrives when he's unable to get hold of Summer, but Mike lies that she's out with Esther and sends him away.

When Mike checks on Summer, he finds her unconscious after being denied access to her insulin for so long.

2. Mike is caught out

Esther stumbles across the worrying scene with Summer and calls an ambulance. Mike tries to defend himself by spinning a false story over how Summer ended up in this state.

At the hospital, Aggie worries when she spots Mike and Esther admitting Summer for treatment using a false name. She calls Billy, who's quick to turn up and demand answers.

3. Paul fears he has killed Mike

When Summer's ordeal becomes a police matter, Mike and Esther go on the defensive by accusing her of lying about being pregnant to extort money from them.

Mike also makes matters worse by turning up at Summer's bedside, where Paul chases him off.

Paul and Todd follow Mike home – and a heated row breaks out on the Hargraves' doorstep. Paul shoves Mike, causing him to fall and hit his head on a plant pot. As Paul and Todd stare down at Mike's motionless body, they fear that he's dead.

4. Michael inspires Gemma's next venture

Michael continues to seek out Gemma's babysitting services, offering her £60 to look after Glory for the day.

Gemma is pleased to accept the cash, wanting to build up her wedding fund. She then gets the idea of offering BSL-friendly childminding services as a new source of income for the family.

5. Hope's secret tape is found

Hope confides in Sam about how listening to John's old tape has helped her to get to know him better. However, she gets upset when the tape unspools and she isn't able to play it anymore.

Hope seeks out help from Tyrone, who's horrified when he presses 'play' and discovers the cassette's contents. Sam steps in by explaining why Hope has been listening to the tape – but Tyrone and Fiz are unlikely to be understanding.

6. Cilla the chinchilla arrives

Tyrone and Fiz decide to provide a distraction for Hope by welcoming a new pet into the family. Tyrone and the girls later return from the pet shop with a chinchilla called Cilla.

As Hope bonds with the new arrival, Tyrone and Fiz optimistically predict this could be a fresh start for their family.

7. Gossip about Jacob spreads

Jacob doesn't show up for work after being scared off by his villainous father Damon. Amy explains that she has broken up with Jacob because he's drug dealing again. As Amy confirms that Jacob has gone, Simon suggests that she had a lucky escape.

Carla, who'd previously given Jacob a chance at Underworld, is upset to hear the news that he has seemingly fallen back into his old ways.

8. Damon blackmails Nick over the drugs

Ryan warns Nick that he has been speaking to his friend in Ibiza, who has outed Damon as a known drug dealer. Damon once put a rival club owner in hospital, making him a dangerous person to deal with.

Nick tries to nip Damon's criminal antics in the bud by warning that he won't tolerate drugs at the Bistro. Damon responds that Nick doesn't have a choice, unless he wants Leanne to find out about his secret deal with Harvey.

9. Daniel plans a secret gesture for Daisy

Daniel and Daisy work on their wedding guest list. When talk turns to which friends should be invited, Daisy explains that she has lost touch with her schoolmates and her pals these days are all fellow influencers.

Daniel takes matters into his own hands by secretly planning to track down Daisy's old friends and invite them to the wedding. Jenny suggests it's a great move, but whether Daisy will feel the same way remains to be seen.

10. Daisy realises she has a stalker

Daisy receives a second bunch of flowers, which are intercepted by Daniel. She's wrong-footed when Daniel asks her about the sender, Justin.

Daisy assumes that Justin is the DJ she recently flirted with at an event, so she puts a warning on social media about his creepy behaviour.

Later, DJ Teativo visits The Rovers and demands that Daisy takes down the defamatory post, insisting that he doesn't know anything about the flowers. Daisy is concerned to realise that she has called out the wrong person and has no idea who Justin is.

11. Teddy's memories start to return

Teddy discovers that Stephen is fed up with Elaine wanting to spend so much time with him. He helps out Stephen by interrupting them at the Rovers Return, making his way into their booth. Elaine is irritated, while Stephen is secretly grateful.

When a disappointed Elaine scarpers, Stephen repays the favour to Teddy by offering to get the drinks in. However, Stephen's relief turns to panic when Teddy suddenly remembers something about his recent accident.

12. Tim discovers Stephen's mean behaviour

Tim's fears over his mum's bond with Stephen prove to be well-founded, as Elaine confides in him about what's going on.

Elaine explains that she lent £12,000 to Stephen, only for him to cool towards her immediately afterwards. Tim is horrified that Elaine has seemingly been targeted by another villain, while Jenny also seems curious over what's going on.

13. Stephen kills again

More of Teddy's memories return and he confronts Stephen, confirming that he now remembers the heated conversation they had before the accident. Stephen slyly convinces Teddy to join him in the empty factory for a private conversation.

Once inside Underworld, the row continues as Teddy accuses Stephen of killing Leo out of jealousy over Jenny. Teddy vows to report him to the police, but Stephen responds by hitting him over the head, killing him.
