Tonight's (November 9) episode of Coronation Street saw Tyrone Dobbs arrested following his shock attack against a journalist.

Fiz and Tyrone continued with their attempts to stop the publication of a book about Fiz's serial killer ex-husband John Stape to protect their daughter Hope, however the couple's hopes were crushed when Adam revealed they could face fees of over £100,000 if they lost the case.

Back at home, Fiz and Tyrone were left struggling with the decision to drop the injunction and how the news would impact Hope, who's already struggling at school.

"It's our daughter's life," Tyrone said. "It's not right, she's a little girl, her life is going to be plastered all over the place."

Later, the couple were forced to break the news about the book's upcoming publication to Hope, who was left feeling betrayed, despite Fiz's reassurance that they'll face the backlash as a family.

Things only got worse for couple from there, as Fiz and Tyrone received a visit from the police, who turned up to arrest Tyrone following the video going viral online.

Hope also decided she no longer wanted to live at home, deciding to stay with Chesney indefinitely – leading to a heart-to-heart with her mum.

"He's always been there, he's always defended you. His spent his whole life trying to make sure you're safe and loved," Fiz said, reassuring Hope that Tyrone had been desperately trying to prevent the book's release.

Released with a caution, Ty was left despondent and wondering if Hope and Fiz would be better off without him. His revelation shocked Fiz, who insisted that she and Hope loved him and that they would get through the next few days together.

"Whatever happens tomorrow, as long as we stick together we'll be fine," Fiz insisted.

But as a tearful Hope looked at a promotion for the book – is there more trouble coming for the family?
