Coronation Street's Sean makes difficult decision over Frank

Sean Tully is set to make a hard decision over boyfriend Frank Bardsley in new scenes on Coronation Street.

Newcomer Frank recently arrived on the cobbles as the new love interest of Sean, though audiences quickly learned of his past bullying of George Shuttleworth, with the latter unable to forgive him for his past cruelty.

Todd Grimshaw also learned of their history and reached out to George to concoct a plan to expose his tormentor once and for all.

In new scenes following on from this, Todd informs George that they will expose Frank's bullying ways that day. George tells him that Frank once flushed his head down the toilet for spilling water on him, which gives Todd an idea.

After this, he throws a drink down Frank's shirt to see how he reacts – though how Frank takes this remains to be seen.

Later on in the week, George listens in as Frank threatens someone over the phone and decides to come clean to Sean about how Frank made his life hell during their school days.

Sean decides to break up with him, despite Frank's insistence that he has changed. Will this be the last we see of Frank?

Frank actor Simon O'Brien previously spoke to Digital Spy and other media about his character, explaining: "You get these characters in school, who will come to you in later years with a big smiley 'Hello' and you're thinking: 'Don't, you made my life a misery.'

"But they're utterly, utterly unaware. That's certainly the case with Frank – he just does not get the fact that he has traumatised George."
