Coronation Street spoilers follow.
Coronation Street's 60th anniversary week ended with a shock: Adam Barlow had been attacked in the Bistro by a mysterious assailant.
The ITV soap has released an official list of suspects: Peter (because Adam slept with his girlfriend Carla), Carla Connor, Sarah (who has been messed around emotionally by her estranged husband), and Gary Windass (because Adam knows that Gary murdered Rick Neelan).
But fans on Twitter wonder if the real attacker is someone else not mentioned in this list: his cousin Simon.
The news of Adam and Carla's infidelity has torn his family apart, with his dad Peter relapsing into alcoholism once again, so he's definitely got a motive, plus he's always been a bit of a troublemaker, having gotten involved in a gang in 2018.

But could he really be responsible for attacking Adam? If he did do it and was found out, then he could risk tearing his family apart even further. That's a lot to lose.
Take a look a viewers' suspicions below:
Something positive is coming out of the events of the last week's episodes, as Tim Metcalfe will start to bond with his mother Elaine Jones, who he thought was dead until earlier this year.
Coronation Street airs Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV.
