Coronation Street has filmed dramatic explosion scenes for an upcoming Abi Franklin storyline.
Behind-the-scenes footage and images show Abi (Sally Carman) walking away from an exploding car – but who does it belong to?

While storyline details haven't yet been revealed, it's possible the scenes could be part of a revenge plot against Ray Crosby.
Abi has recently taken a romantic interest in Ray since he bought the Bistro, but what with him being a bit of a sleazebag, there's always a chance their relationship could turn sour.
If that's the case, could this be Ray's car she's walking away from, after setting it alight? We're going to have to wait a little while to find out.

Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV.
