Marvel has released the latest trailer for Thunderbolts* online following its Super Bowl premiere.
The upcoming 36th film in the MCU puts a spin on the Avengers formula by teaming up a bunch of anti-heroes mostly seen as has-beens.
Set to a rework of Starship's 'Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now', the trailer shows us that Yelena, Bucky, US Agent, Red Guardian, Ghost and Taskmaster don't make the best team, and not even Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, who put them together, thinks they can save the world from evil villains.

And speaking of villains, the trailer also gives us a few glimpses of the power wielded by the film's main baddie, Sentry (also known as The Void).
We see a darkness spread across a city, buildings collapse and, with a wave of a hand, people seemingly turning into shadows or human-shaped piles of ash and fusing to the ground.

The visualisation of Sentry's powers has got MCU fans on Reddit excited, with one person commenting: "The Void's killing effect is scary."

"Yeah, that looks freaky in a cool way. Very little shown, but he seems way above their power level, which is great," another agreed.
A third fan said: "Just completely sucking people into the ground. No dissolutions, no explosions, just turned into complete darkness. That's a crazy way to avoid the R rating while mass murdering people, but is actually really scary to think about."
Others compared what Sentry can do to the "Thanos snap on a smaller scale".
People are also predicting that either Red Guardian or Taskmaster will die in the film, but are they onto something or off the mark?
Thunderbolts* is released in cinemas on May 2, 2025.
