Mary J. Blige is reportedly in talks to star in the forthcoming musical Rock of Ages.
According to New York Magazine, Blige is eyeing the role of Justice Charlier, a woman who owns the Venus exotic dance club on Los Angeles's Sunset Strip.
Blige could star alongside Tom Cruise in the project. Cruise is said to be in talks for the role of rock singer Stacee Jaxx in Rock of Ages.
Hairspray helmer Adam Shankman is directing the film from a script by Chris D'Arienzo.
