Dune: Part Three has just dropped a new trailer and it's safe to say that the fan hype have just ascended to a whole new level, with some even predicting that the final film will go down as one of the best trilogy finales of all time. No pressure!
While the first two films split Frank Herbert's science-fiction novel in, well, two, Part Three is actually an adaptation of the sequel book, Dune: Messiah.
That means things are a little different this time around. First of all, there's a big time jump of nearly 20 years, and Paul Atreides has become the villain.

The absolutely stacked cast that includes Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Jason Momoa, Florence Pugh, Rebecca Ferguson, Javier Bardem, and Anya Taylor-Joy all return from the first two films, with Robert Pattinson among the new faces.
There's no doubt about it, this filmed is going to be big, but the question is: just how big?
On the film's official Instagram page, fans are asking "Is this about to be the best trilogy of all time???", while others are putting it up there with the hallowed finale to The Lord of the Rings, stating "This is this generation's Return of The King."
In another comparison, one fan said "Forget Avengers, this is the movie event of the year" while another went as far to call the footage "The trailer of the century".
We'll find out whether Dune: Part Three can live up the hype when it releases in cinemas on 18 December.
