The Lord of the Rings will be back on our TV screens later this year with the third season of The Rings of Power, and back on the big screen in December 2027 with a new movie, The Hunt for Gollum. But if you just can't wait for either of them to get a new fix of Middle-earth, we've got just the ticket for you.
Taste Film has announced a limited-edition "epic" event celebrating The Lord of the Rings with a screening of The Fellowship of the Ring, but not like any screening you've been to. If you've never been to a Taste Film event, the screening is accompanied by a seven-course menu bringing iconic moments to life as they appear on screen.
We here at Digital Spy have been lucky enough to attend Taste Film events before, where we've been served up edible perfume as Buddy the Elf made his way into Gimbels for the first time, as well as a full Afternoon Tea when Paddington takes shelter with the Royal Guard. There was even a mini bath tub filled with soup.
