Brilliant British drama I Swear might have missed out on Outstanding British Film at last night's BAFTA Film Awards, but its lead star Robert Aramayo was a surprise Leading Actor winner. If you still haven't seen the movie, you'll have another chance very soon when I Swear lands on Netflix in the UK.
I Swear will be available to watch on Netflix from Tuesday 10 March, so you'll want to mark that date in your diary for a watch (or rewatch) that week.
This is in-line with the usual pattern for StudioCanal releases in the UK where they arrive on Netflix around five months after their cinema release, with I Swear released in UK cinemas on 10 October 2025. It went on to become a box-office hit with more than $8 million across its run.
If you just can't wait that long and want to see for yourself if Aramayo deserved the BAFTA (spoiler alert, he absolutely did), then you can currently buy or rent I Swear from Prime Video, AppleTV and other digital retailers in the UK.
You can also own I Swear on DVD and Blu-ray right now.

Digital Spy called I Swear "a funny, moving and important watch that you shouldn't miss". We hailed it as "one of the best British movies of the year", and we weren't the only ones to fall in love with it as the movie still holds a perfect 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
Written and directed by Kirk Jones, the movie stars Robert Aramayo as John Davidson who campaigns for understanding and acceptance of Tourette's Syndrome. The impressive supporting cast features Maxine Peake, Shirley Henderson and Peter Mullan.
As well as Aramaro's Leading Actor win (and his win for Rising Star, voted for by the public), I Swear also went home with the BAFTA for Casting with casting director Lauren Evans collecting the award.
I Swear is available to buy or rent from Prime Video, AppleTV and more. It will be added to Netflix in the UK on 10 March.
