Lesley Manville's upcoming British spy thriller Winter of the Crow has just received a big update.
Previously described by Digital Spy as "one you'll want to watch out for", the film follows a professor who finds herself stuck in Poland when martial law is implemented.
She photographs the murder of a student at the hands of a secret police officer, but all that does is place a target on her back.
The British ambassador might be able to get her out, but who can really be trusted?
Based on a short story titled Professor Andrews Goes to Warsaw by Nobel Prize-winning author Olga Tokarczuk, the film swaps the gender of its lead character from male to female.

The big update for the film is that its world premiere has been confirmed for the Toronto International Film Festival.
This year's TIFF will be held between 4 September and 14 September, with the full schedule releasing tomorrow (12 August).
Once the film premieres, we should get a slew of reviews to tell us if the film lives up to the hype.

And there's a lot of hype, especially surrounding Manville's lead performance.
"As a Cold War spy thriller, Winter of the Crow feels truly original in that the lead protagonist is an everyday woman who is challenged to step up and make a difference in a completely unique situation," said HanWay Films CEO Gabrielle Stewart.
"Lesley Manville will be simply brilliant and we can't wait to reveal footage of this incredible film."
Winter of the Crow will premiere next month at the Toronto International Film Festival. It does not have a wide release date yet.
