Pokken Tournament's roster of playable characters will be expanded next week.
The Pokemon Company has revealed that it will unveil a new fighter for its upcoming arcade-style fighting title on January 15.
The unannounced character will be the game's 13th playable Pokemon, following in the footsteps of Blaziken, Lucario, Pikachu, Suicune, Gengar and more.
Originally released last year in Japanese arcades, Pokken Tournament is set to make its worldwide debut this spring for Wii U.
Developed by Tekken maker Bandai Namco, it features similar gameplay to the popular brawling series, only instead of Yoshimitsu, Heihachi and the likes, fans can select Pokemon characters.
