Fighter Squadron is a brand new 20-person multiplayer mode for Star Wars: Battlefront.
The game mode was unveiled in full during EA's gamescom conference in Cologne.

Gameplay footage primarily focused on the battle between TIE Fighters and X-Wings, but we were also able to catch a glimpse of Boba Fett's Slave I and the Millennium Falcon.
The battles will take place in the skies above planets, but not within space.
A number of computer-controlled fighters will also join the action to make it feel even more frantic.
