Nick D'Agosto and Andrew Santino have joined the cast of the forthcoming How I Met Your Mother spinoff.
The Masters of Sex and Mixology actors will play lead roles in How I Met Your Dad, reports Deadline.
The pair join previously announced cast members Greta Gerwig, Krysta Rodriguez and Drew Travers in the spinoff.
How I Met Your Dad will follow the same format as the original CBS series, but will be told from the perspective of female lead Sally (Gerwig).
D'Agosto - who will return to Masters of Sex in a recurring capacity - will play Frank, who falls in love with Sally, while Santino will play her older brother Danny.
How I Met Your Mother will wrap up its ninth and final season with a double bill on March 31.
